Induction Process
The induction process and how to join
Once you reach out, our goal is to make the first contact clear and approachable. You will be guided through the correct communication channel, the recruitment ticket flow, and the onboarding process so you know exactly what to expect.
Open the intake flow
Your first point of contact is our Discord. This is where announcements, recruitment guidance, and general community interaction begin.
Open a recruitment ticket
Once inside the server, open a recruitment ticket so a member of staff can speak with you directly and guide you through the next steps.
Speak with recruitment staff
Our team will answer questions, explain expectations, and confirm that USEC is a good fit for what you are looking for in a tactical gaming community.
Complete onboarding
If everything lines up, you will be guided through your onboarding process, including communication setup, required tools, and community standards.
Join USEC
Start with the USEC intake page to review the notice and ruleset, then continue into the Discord-led recruitment flow.
Operational comms
TeamSpeak remains the primary live voice environment for operations, training sessions, and coordination once you are inside the USEC network.
